部屋を借りる
相模大野には、アパートがたくさんあります。
みんな、学校の周りに住んでいます。
アパートは１部屋、１ヶ月３万円くらいからあります。
部屋によっては、友達とシェアすることもできます。
学校が不動屋さんを紹介します。
契約する時は、ネパール語や英語のサポートもあります。
契約時には、保証会社のお金、火災保険料、手数料、前家賃などで、だいたい５ヶ月分の家賃が必要です。
みんな最初は学校の寮に入って、日本の生活に慣れたら、自分で部屋を借りて生活しています。

Rent a room

There are a lot of apartments around Sagami-Ono area.
Our students stay mostly around the school.
The monthly rent fee is from 30,000 yen per room in apartments.
In some cases, the students can share the room with their friends.
The school introduce the accommodation agency (property agency) to the students.
When the contract is made, we can support by English and Nepali language.
When the contract is made★ the student need to pay for the fees as much as approximately 5-months rent fee★ which includes the fee for rental guarantee obligation company★ fire insurance fee★ cleaning fee★ commission fee★ rent fee in advance★ etc.
Usually the students stay at the school accommodation for first 6 months and after they get used to the life in Japan they rent a room by theirselves.
